1. About Éclat Unites
Éclat Unites is a community-based organization established in 2017 with the aim of bringing people together through service, leadership, education, social welfare, environmental responsibility, and community development.
The word “Éclat” is derived from French and represents brilliance, distinction, radiance, and excellence, while “Unites” reflects the organization’s commitment to bringing people together for a common purpose.
Éclat Unites operates through several specialized projects, each focusing on a particular area of community development.
2. PROJECTS UNDER ÉCLAT UNITES
A. Heart for Humanity (HFH)
Focus: Humanitarian & Community Welfare
Heart of Humanity is dedicated to supporting vulnerable and underserved members of society.
Activities include:
● Visiting and supporting orphanages
● Visiting and assisting elderly homes
● Supporting people with special needs
● Providing food and essential supplies to people in need
● Organizing humanitarian and community welfare activities
B. Grow Green G2
Focus: Environment & Sustainability
Grow Green promotes environmental responsibility and encourages communities, particularly young people, to actively participate in protecting the environment.
Activities include:
● Environmental awareness programs
● Tree planting campaigns
● Beach and public-area cleaning campaigns
● Climate change and global warming awareness
● Promoting environmentally responsible practices
C. Leaders to Lead
Focus: Education, Leadership & Student Development
Leaders to Lead supports students by improving access to education, academic guidance, and opportunities for personal and professional development.
Activities include:
● Supporting educational projects
● O-Level and A-Level educational support programs
● University guidance and career counseling
● Scholarship programs and scholarship guidance
● Providing educational packs and learning materials to students in need
● Leadership and student development initiatives
D. Destroy Drugs
Focus: Drug Prevention, Awareness & Rehabilitation Support
Destroy Drugs works to create awareness about substance abuse and its impact on individuals, families, and society.
Activities include:
● Drug prevention awareness campaigns
● Educational programs regarding substance abuse
● Supporting individuals recovering from drug addiction
● Connecting affected individuals with appropriate support and guidance
● Policy awareness and community advocacy
● Conducting awareness programs in schools, universities, and communities
E. Shelter to Shine
Focus: Empowerment & Social Support
Shelter to Shine aims to support vulnerable individuals and families, particularly widows and divorced women, by helping them achieve stability and independence.
Activities include:
● Supporting widows and divorced women
● Housing and shelter assistance initiatives
● Guidance and personal development programs
● Providing self-employment and small-business ideas
● Supporting individuals in developing sustainable sources of income
● Empowerment and skills-development initiatives
F. E-Unites Media
Focus: Media, Marketing & Public Awareness
E-Unites Media manages the communication and digital presence of Éclat Unites.
Responsibilities include:
● Marketing and promotion of organizational activities
● Social media management
● Digital awareness campaigns
● Promoting community projects and events
● Creating educational and awareness content
● Documenting the activities and achievements of Éclat Unites
G. Taqwah Circle
Focus: Faith, Character & Islamic Development
Taqwah Circle is a faith-based initiative focused on Islamic knowledge, discipline, character development, and spiritual guidance.
Activities include:
● Islamic educational and development programs
● Programs involving scholars and community educators
● Promoting discipline and good character
● Teaching the principles and values of Islam
● Spiritual and personal guidance
● Faith-based programs for students
● Programs for parents and families
● Programs for homemakers
● Scholar-led educational sessions and community discussions
3. HOW TO JOIN ÉCLAT UNITES
Individuals interested in joining Éclat Unites initially participate as Volunteers.
There are three main ways to volunteer:
1. Physical Volunteering
Volunteers can physically participate in projects, events, campaigns, visits, and community activities.
2. Online Volunteering
Volunteers can contribute remotely by supporting social media, awareness campaigns, planning, coordination, content creation, research, and other online activities.
3. Financial Volunteering
Individuals can support projects through financial contributions, sponsorships, donations, or assistance with project requirements.
4. VOLUNTEER TO MEMBERSHIP PATHWAY
Éclat Unites follows a progressive membership structure.
Volunteer → Member → Executive Member → Senior/Permanent Member
Volunteer
Every new participant initially joins Éclat Unites as a volunteer.
Member
After actively participating in at least three projects, a volunteer becomes eligible to apply for organizational membership.
The membership subscription amount is Rs. 200.
After completing the required process, the volunteer is recognized as an official Member of Éclat Unites.
Executive Member
Members who demonstrate consistent performance, responsibility, commitment, leadership, and active participation may be promoted to the Executive Committee.
Senior/Permanent Membership
Individuals who have served in senior leadership positions, particularly former Presidents, may progress to Senior/Permanent Membership.
Senior/Permanent Members may become part of the organization’s higher governing structure according to its constitution and internal policies.
5. ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
Éclat Unites operates through a structured governance and leadership system to ensure transparency, accountability, and effective implementation of its mission.
Advisory Panel
The Advisory Panel consists of experienced professionals, academics, business leaders, and subject matter experts.
Role:
● Provide professional advice and guidance to the organization.
● Share expertise and recommendations to support organizational growth and development.
The Advisory Panel serves in an advisory capacity only. It does not have governing authority or decision-making powers, nor is it responsible for providing financial support.
Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is the highest governing and decision-making body of Éclat Unites.
Responsibilities include:
● Establishing the vision, mission, and strategic direction of the organization.
● Making major organizational decisions and approving policies.
● Providing governance and oversight.
● Ensuring the organization operates according to its objectives and values.
● Guiding and supervising the Executive Committees.
Senior Members
Senior Members consist of past Presidents and Permanent Members who have demonstrated exceptional commitment and leadership within Éclat Unites.
Senior Members serve under the Board of Trustees and may support the Board by sharing their experience, institutional knowledge, and guidance whenever required.
Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is responsible for the operational management of Éclat Unites and for implementing the decisions and policies approved by the Board of Trustees.
There shall be two separate Executive Committees:
● Gents’ Executive Committee
● Ladies’ Executive Committee
Both Executive Committees shall function independently and manage the affairs and activities of their respective wings while operating under the guidance, policies, and decisions of the Board of Trustees.
Each Executive Committee shall consist of:
● President
● Vice President
● General Secretary (GS)
● Treasurer
● Assistant Treasurer
● Project Coordinators
● Project Chairman (for each project)
● Human Resources (HR) Team/Head
Members
Individuals who have successfully completed the volunteer requirements, paid the prescribed membership subscription, and have been formally accepted into Éclat Unites become Members of the organization.
Members actively participate in organizational activities and may become eligible for leadership positions based on their performance, commitment, and service.
Volunteers
Volunteers are the foundation of Éclat Unites. Every individual joins the organization as a volunteer and may contribute through physical participation, online support, or financial assistance.
Active volunteers who successfully participate in at least three projects become eligible to apply for membership in accordance with the organization’s membership policy.

The organizational structure of Éclat Unites is as follows:
- Advisory Panel (Advisory role only)
- Board of Trustees (Governing and decision-making body)
- Senior Members (Past Presidents and Permanent Members serving under the Board of Trustees)
- Executive Committees (Ladies’ Wing and Gents’ Wing)
